Russell has over 16 years building web sites and providing on-line marketing services to businesses throughout the UK.

He qualified in 1994 with a degree in Engineering from Coventry University before working for a number of companies involved in various disciplines including manufacturing, utilities, and software services for local and national governmental organisations.

Russell started Lobster Digital Marketing Limited (previously known as Lobster-iT Ltd) in 2004 and now runs it with his wife Helen.

Helen Davies

Co-director, Helen joined Lobster in 2006 after working for a sports management company where she looked after a number of high profile International players and negotiated and managed their individual sponsorship deals, insurance requirements and media contracts etc.

Born in Zimbabwe, Helen spent most of her childhood growing up in Durban, South Africa. She moved to the UK in 2001, met Russell in a pub watching England v Wales and the rest is history.

Caroline is our Customer Care Manager tasked with keeping our clients happy – an easy job to do with our fantastic clients.

Originally from George, South Africa, Caroline is a qualified and experienced legal secretary and has experience in PA work both in SA and London where she has worked for a number of top legal firms.

When not chatting to our clients, Caroline enjoys keeping fit and scuba diving.

Trevor joined Lobster in 2008 after moving to the UK from South Africa. Trevor provides all first line customer support as well as website builds, hosting requirements and updates.
Abigail Walters-Davies

Abigail joined Lobster in the summer of 2012 after completing a degree in Business Management and Marketing at Cardiff University. Abigail is responsible for managing all our marketing accounts including Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media.
Luther Vaughan

Originally from Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, Luther moved to Cardiff in 2005 to study a post graduate diploma at the Royal Welsh College of music and drama, where he won a full Sir Geraint Evans Scholarship. He has since worked in the field of telemarketing and sales and joins Lobster as our Business Development Manager and is also heading up our Telemarketing department.
